NAMI Peer-to-Peer
NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free 12-hour, 8-session educational program for adults living with a mental health condition. Taught by NAMI-trained volunteers who have lived experience with a mental health condition, this class includes activities, discussion, and informative videos. However, as with all NAMI programs, it does not include recommendations for treatment approaches.
